Hyve launches smartphone Buzz, Storm in Indian: Know Prices, features, specifications
Hyve Buzz priced at Rs. 13,999 and Storm priced at Rs. 8,499 have been launched and will be available on Amazon, Flipkart & Gadget360 for sale.
The home-grown mobility start-up Hyve has launched two Android- based smartphones – Buzz priced at Rs. 13,999 and Storm priced at Rs. 8,499, in India today.
Both Buzz & Storm will be available on e-commerce portals, Amazon, Flipkart & Gadget360.
Hyve Buzz is powered by a MediaTek MT6753 1.5 GHz. Octa Core processor with MALI T720 Graphics. It comes with 3GB RAM and storage of 48GB which can be expanded upto 144GB with the help pf microSD card.
Hyve Buzz has a 5.5” Full HD, 2.5D arc
glass display, enabled with MediaTek MiraVision
which company says will enhance picture quality by providing better sharpness, color and dynamic contrast.
Hyve Buzz is powered by 2500mAH TruLife battery and it comes with USB Type C with fast charging. It is also a water resistance phone.
On the camera front, Hyve Buz has 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. The camera divison also offers function like sensor, Dual LED flash & Dual pixel for low light imaging .
The dual SIM phone is compatible with most of the Indian band including FDD & TDD LTE.
On security front, Hyve Buzz has the biometric security feature – Touch2CallTM, a patented technology wherein the user can scan his/her various fingers to different pre-defined numbers for one touch calling.

On the other hand, Storm priced at Rs. 8,499, is powered by MediaTek MT6735 1.3 GHz Quad Core
Processor with 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal stroage that is expandable upto 80GB.
Hyve Storm comes with a 5-inch HD display enabled, 13MP rear camera and 5MP front camera with latest Samsung 3L8 sensor.
Hyve Storm packs a battery of 2000 mAH and is compatible with all the Indian bands – FDD & TDD LTE with dual SIM & dual standby.
Hyve offers complementary PAN India pick-up & drop service across 42000 PIN codes across the country. “Our PAN India pick-up & drop service will set the new benchmark in service & support landscape,” said Mehrotra.
