ZunRoof, a home-tech company has raised $3 million in Series A funding from the Godrej investment office. Sources say that this is the second round of investment by Godrej, after its $1.2 million funding in a pre series A round last year in April.
Founded in 2016 by a group of IIT graduates that aims to use the investment to expand its product portfolio. Also on their clientele feature real estate developers and shared economy firms.
As of now, ZunRoof has assessed around 2,50,000 homes, designed over 30,000 rooftop solar systems in over 70 cities in India. They have also installed more than 15 MW of rooftop solar and over 50,000 IoT devices.
