Digital India 2.0 – Enabling The Government For A Better Citizen Services Delivery Xperience | 26th February 2020

Date: 26th February 2020

Time: 6.00 pm onwards

Venue: The Park Connaught Place, New Delhi

The Government of India is amidst a huge digital transformation! From building apps on the public cloud to using analytics for better service delivery, every central/state department is looking to leverage the power of technology to significantly transform the way it functions or delivers service.

Among other emerging technologies, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) appear to be the most promising, and the Government is actively looking at leveraging AI in speeding up innovation in digital services.

Not only would this help the Government in improving service levels of citizen services but would also help in bringing in cognitive automation to improve public service delivery mechanisms.

The potential for this public service delivery transformation is huge as AI has the ability to boost India’s global competitiveness and add $957 billion to India’s GDP by 2035. Accordingly, India’s policy think tank, NITI Aayog has drawn up a plan for creating an institutional framework for AI in the country, asking for a provision of Rs 7,500 crore from the Cabinet. Thus, AI would also help the state and central government departments to quickly identify and stop targeted malware and DDoS attacks created or launched by hackers or state actors.

Against this backdrop, Express Computer is pleased to collaborate with BMC Software to organize Digital India 2.0: Enabling the Government for a better citizen services delivery Xperience on 26th February 2020 to discuss how government agencies can leverage emerging technologies like AI/ML to improve performance and delivery of digital services.

As a noted thought leader, we would be pleased to have your participation in this august gathering of key government stakeholders.
