Acer rolls out five new categories of notebooks

The launch of S, M V3, V5 & E series under Acer’s Aspire range brings over 30 new models to the table.

M series: Aspire Timeline Ultra M3 is slimmer and lighter, measuring just 20 mm thin, under 2.3 kg weight. With dedicated NVIDIA GeForce GT640M graphics, it is powered by second generation Intel Core processors. It comes with an Instant On feature that wakes the Ultrabook from sleep in 1.5 seconds and users have Internet access in another 2.5 seconds thanks to Acer Always Connect.

The battery provides over eight hours of use and lasts 80 days in Deep Sleep mode using Green Instant On. With a thousand cycle charge the battery retains capacity for up to four years of use.

This 15″ Ultrabook features an optical DVD drive, Dolby Home Theater v4 and premium speakers. The M series starts at Rs. 51,999 plus taxes.

V5 Series: The V5 is 30% slimmer and 10% lighter than the traditional notebooks. Powered by second gen Intel Core processors and configured with NVIDIA GeForce GT Series graphics it is available in a range of screen sizes. Sharing files among digital devices is possible via USB 3.0, a multi-in-1 card slot, and Bluetooth 4.0. The V5 series starts at Rs. 27,999 plus taxes.

V3 Series: The V3 Series is powered by the 2nd Generation Intel Core Processors and comes with up to 2 GB of NVIDIA GeForce graphics. It also features Dolby Home theater V4. It starts at Rs. 37,999 plus taxes.

E Series: The E series starts at Rs. 24,749 plus taxes.
