ClickSoftware launches mobile workforce soln based on Salesforce platform

ClickSoftware Technologies, a provider of automated mobile workforce management and service optimization solutions, has launched ClickWorkforce, a mobile workforce management application suite, on AppExchange, the business app marketplace of Salesforce.com

ClickWorkforce is touted as an enterprise-grade cloud solution to automate and optimize the performance of service organizations through appointment booking, scheduling and mobility offerings, for enhanced customer experience and bottom line savings.
 
Built on the Salesforce platform, some of the features of ClickWorkforce include: easy creation and management of work orders, tasks and assets; optimized task scheduling and appointment booking using the software’s optimization engine; street level routing and map view for accurate scheduling; and self-service appointment booking portal and notifications for end-users, among others.
