Fachkraefteallianz Dresden (Skilled Workers Alliance), the organisation responsible for implementing the guidelines of the Saxon State Ministry of Economics, Labour, and Transport in the region, has launched a new project aimed at helping tech companies meet their talent shortage. The project, called #HalloIndia – Grab your German Job!, is designed to enable companies in Dresden to recruit highly skilled professionals and specialists directly from India in fields such as microelectronics, semiconductors, communication equipment, software development, IT services, robotics, data science, AI and related fields.
#HalloIndia – Grab your German Job takes a two-pronged approach to help companies recruit top talent from India. Companies participating in the project have the opportunity to participate in campus placement at globally recognised Indian tech Institutes such as the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi and Birla Institute of Technology (BITS) Pilani, and recruit high-potential fresh graduates for their early professional jobs. To recruit experienced professionals and specialists, companies will be a part of a large-scale online campaign and will be made aware of their companies and their open jobs to the techies in India
.
The project started with the successful participation of companies like Infineon, Racyics and Siliconally. intap network, with its long-standing experience in connecting global talents with local industry in Dresden, is the driving force behind this project.
