eBay opens development center in Bangalore, will hire 1000 techies by 2016

eBay Inc has officially opened the doors to its latest global development center in Bangalore, India. The new development center will hire 1000 engineers over the next three years and will host several centres of excellence for both eBay Marketplaces and PayPal. The centre will also add to eBay’s existing presence in India, which includes a development center in Chennai, and the eBay India business unit in Mumbai.
