Microsoft man Bill Gates paid a compliment to Elon Musk, for coaxing the car industry to go electric. However, Elon Musk didn’t necessarily speak kind words, in fact, he even spoke about challenges that lie ahead, and also about his new Porsche.
Last week, Bill Gates had spoken to a YouTube influencer about the challenges of reducing emissions, in order to curb climate change. He had even called the passenger car industry to be one of the most helpful sectors that have taken action about this.
He said that Tesla certainly has helped to drive the cause of climate change. After that Gates had discussed about buying a Porsche Taycan. While he had acknowledged its premium price, of the initial Turbo S models, and said that consumers have to overcome anxieties about EVs offering limited range and taking longer between quick refuels at stations that outnumber charging points.
A Tesla enthusiast had posted about being disappointed in Bill Gate’s decision to buy a Taycan, instead of a Tesla, Musk had said this:
However, Musk himself has been acting strange to tweeting fellow billionaires. He had questioned Mark Zuckerberg’s understanding the risks of AI in 2017. He had called Jeff Bezos a copycat as well.
