GreenTek Reman Pvt. Ltd, an end-to-end electronic waste (E-waste) recycling company in the country, has announced the commissioning of its new plant at Greater Noida.
Spread over an area of 25,000 sq ft with another 20,000 sq ft under construction phase, the plant will be able to complete the whole process of recycling of the e-waste in a more efficient manner and will reduce the time taken to 10-15 hours.
The team looking after the working of the plant includes an internal logistic team in place for the Northern circle with the rest of India being taken care by logistics partners.
“Our plant at Greater Noida can handle the complete processing of waste and also provide solutions such as the pickup of e-waste from the client’s premises and complete data security. The plant is fully operational,” said Subir Bajaj, Founder, GreenTek Reman Pvt Ltd.
“We are looking to install five to six additional plants in order to cultivate e-waste zones across the country,” he added.
In order to provide a safe environment for both the workers and others, the company has ensured that all the safety procedures at the plant are complete and it has received the necessary clearances from various authorities including the UP Pollution Control Board for recycling of E-waste and clearance from the Ministry of Environment & Forests. The company has also got other certifications for this plant like ISO 14001:2004, ISO 9001:2008 & OHSAS 18001:2007.
