Indian call centers to employ Russian solutions

Russia’s Naumen, a developer of software solutions, has officially announced at the Call Centre World Forum 2012 (CCWF-2012) that it is entering the call center market of Asia Pacific. Naumen is the first Russian developer of IT solutions for call center to approach the APEC market.

Naumen plans to present its solutions in the Asia-Pacific Region, where India and the Philippines have been showing explosive growth on the call center market in recent years. The share of outsourced call centers servicing customers from the United States and Europe reaches 75%, according to a CC Benchmark Dynamic Asian Markets study.

“There is a trend towards lower project costs and more restricted project scopes on the global market for outsourced call center services. Our solution allows them to cut the time for launching a new project from several weeks to a couple of hours. All the technical components are supplied by a single vendor, which reduces the risks and costs of launching a new or upgrading an existing call center,” said Kirill Varlamov, General Director – Naumen.

Before its international expansion move, the company carried out a study of the call center market in the Asia-Pacific Region and built up a strong management team. Leading the project is Andrei Zaitsev, former Deputy IT and Communications Minister of Russia’s Sverdlovsk Region.
