Infosys, in its latest reshuffle, has elevated Sandeep Dadlani and Rajesh Krishnamurthy as heads of Americas and Europe, respectively.
Both these markets are key to Infosys. Dadlani, as executive vice-president and global head of Retail, CPG & Logistics, will manage a P&L portfolio for more than 100 clients. He will also oversee the Americas business for Infosys, which accounts for more than 60% of the company’s revenues. He is also on the board of EdgeVerve, the Infosys subsidiary focused on products and cloud-based platforms.
Krishnamurthy is the head of the Energy & Communications and Services for Europe. As P&L leader and segment head, he is responsible for a $1.1-billion business. He also holds additional responsibility as head of Europe, which crossed the $2-billion mark in fiscal 2014.
The other personnel who were elevated are: Rajiv Bansal, HR Binod, Sanjay Jalona, Mohit Joshi, Ramadas Kamath, Srikantan Moorthy, MD Ranganath, S Ravikumar, Manish Tandon and Gautam Thakkar. In this group, Binod and Ranganath were earlier part of the chairman’s office under NR Narayana Murthy.
These changes were effected following the appointment of Vishal Sikka as the new chief executive officer and UB Pravin Rao as the chief operating officer. Infosys Group HR head Srikantan Moorthy gets additional charge as the executive sponsor of the Infosys Leadership Institute (ILI). Mohit Joshi as head of financial services will also looking after operations in Brazil and Mexico.
