It left companies a little unprepared but they have stepped on the pedal now. Enterprises are adopting a multi-angled approach to solve the talent issue. They are accelerating fresh recruitment on one hand while introducing re-skilling programs on the other via online classes, on the job training and offer a holistic employment experience that covers career development, learning and wellness.
Team Computers is planning to recruit young talent from Tier II locations with a remote working option so that they can support their families comfortably. The company is planning on an all-India campus hiring process that will attract gifted professionals from management colleges. Team Computers is on a tremendous growth spree year on year and the demand for talent has accelerated in leaps and bounds. Team Computers is growing at a CAGR of about 35 per cent which is why they are planning to hire more people this year. They have announced hiring plans across Sales, Software engineers, Managed services, Power BI, Big Data Solutions, AI/ML along with senior management hiring.
