Tech Mahindra Ltd, an IT solutions and services company today announced the inauguration of its third near shore delivery centre in Düsseldorf, Germany. Company already serves its European customers through 26 offices across 31 cities.
The Düsseldorf 50-seat center is an key feat in Tech Mahindra’s increasing network of delivery centers in Europe (last year saw the opening of two centres in Den Haag and Brussels). It will take the company closer to some of its key customers in the Nordrhein-Westfalen (NRW) region.
The centre is well supported by the German recruitment, human resources and accounts teams and will be fully integrated with its global delivery infrastructure. Company aims to ramp-up its presence in the region significantly within the next few months.The center also plans to engage with local academia to provide work experience to the students.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony Vishaal Gupta, Head (Telecom) – Europe, Tech Mahindra said, “The Düsseldorf delivery centre reinforces our commitment to key customers in Germany and will enable us to bridge the cultural and language gap. This delivery centre, in the heart of NRW will also help us attract and retain local talent which is crucial to the next phase of our growth in the region.”
Tech Mahindra derives 31% of its revenues from European markets.
