Vuram, a hyperautomation services company providing business process management (BPM), robotic process automation (RPA), optical character recognition (OCR), document processing, and analytics, celebrated Conflux – Vuram Day 2021, its 11th anniversary globally, connecting teams worldwide.
Commemorating the annual day, the virtual event took place on EventHall – a hybrid event platform developed by Vuram. The event was attended by over 2000 people, including families of Vuramites and customers. Teams located in India, the USA, Canada, Mexico, Netherlands, and Australia participated in the event.
Despite the unprecedented challenges during the year, the organization achieved milestones and accomplishments, including ranking among the 5000 fastest-growing private companies in the United States by Inc. and ranking among the 100 Best Companies to Work For in India certified by Great Place to Work® institute. The organization also witnessed a growth in strength, crossing the milestone of 868 people in October 2021.

During Conflux – Vuram Day 2021, Venkatesh Ramarathinam, CEO of Vuram, shared his vision for the organization’s growth in the coming year alongside the initiatives that will benefit the people at Vuram. Celebrating the milestones and achievements, the event was packed with entertainment shows, cultural performances, motivational sessions, workshops, games, contests, keynote speakers, and more.
The event marks the second time the annual day at Vuram is conducted virtually. Previously, Vuram Day celebrations were conducted with people from the organization alongside their families traveling to the venue destination, where the organization takes all the arrangements.
“Due to the pandemic, we developed our own platform to come together and celebrate virtually. Our people put in efforts to ensure customized gifts reach each of the families at their doorstep.
Also, Vuramites organized celebrations, entertainment, cultural performances, motivational sessions, and more, from around the world exhibiting their talent and commitment. We thank all our people, customers, and all families for participating in the event and nourishing us.”, added Suresh.
