Key Highlights:
[1] We have around 5 railway traffic controls in the country. We started automating our railway traffic control in 2006.
[2] From 1999 we have an in-house software development team. This has been fantastic for us as this helped us to have streamlined processes and on-time deliveries.
[3] Around 8000 locomotives have been fitted with satellite communication system and we are expanding the deployment further.
[4] We have a plan to have Gen AI models built into our applications.
[5] We have around 1200 servers with 4 data centers and considering the scale and exposure to the huge number of users. Cybersecurity is of paramount importance to us.
[6] Our enterprise architecture includes levers of growth ranging from marketing/ pricing, operational efficiency to capital investment, rationalisation of management practices, and people.
