BlinkX launches India’s first GenAI lab to personalise client engagement in the stock broking industry
BlinkX, the digital stockbroking arm of JM Financial, announced the launch of BlinkX Gen AI Lab, one of the first of its kind in the stock broking industry. The state-of-the-art lab aims to drive consistent innovation by leveraging a suite of AI-driven technologies to enhance customers’ experiences and operational efficiencies.
The BlinkX Gen AI Lab, based in Mumbai, has a dedicated team of in-house researchers and developers who aim to drive consistent innovations to deliver personalised trading strategies, risk management, portfolio optimisation, and faster decision-making capabilities to customers. For example, the AI-driven Hyper Personalised Nudge Engine will send personalized nudges to customers based on their behavior and channel preference – building industry-first use cases using highly processed customer data from Machine Learning models. The lab has already initiated multiple AI-driven projects focused on Customer Behavioural Models, Real-Time Analysis, Advanced-Data Infrastructure, Automated Customer Engagement, and Marketing.
