100X.VC concludes the first batch of its not-for-profit course 100X Gurukul with 200 founders across the country
100X.VC, India’s early-stage venture capital firm, recently concluded its first batch of 12-week program – 100X.VC Gurukul and announced the second batch on high demand from the startup founders across the country. Designed to help purpose-driven startup founders, the initiative’s focus is to give them direction from industry leaders to build their businesses at scale. The initiative is a no-cost, no-equity, no-fee program that is geared towards providing founders with the right kind of knowledge to make their businesses successful.
From the first batch of 200 founders who participated in the program, 100X.VC also conducted a survey to understand the impact of the course on entrepreneurs. According to the participants, about 65 per cent of them found the information shared during the duration of the course to be new. Moreover, all of the modules offered by 100X Gurukul received a near-equal preference from the startup teams. About 75 per cent of the participants were able to apply their learnings to their business and over 50 per cent of the respondents agreed to have made a complete or a significant change in their businesses with the aid of mentorship from the Gurukul sessions.

The 100X Gurukul course contains pre-recorded video lectures that have masterclasses by entrepreneurs and VCs. The sessions are divided into different modules which are bifurcated as per different areas of business such as Ideation, Product Development, and Product Management, Marketing, Sales & Distribution, Finance & Fundraising, Management & Leadership, and Understanding Term Sheets & Valuations. Every batch of 200 startups is selected on the basis of founding team, market size opportunity, business model strength, and unfair advantage, moat.
