Aegis Limited, a global outsourcing and technology services company and part of the $39 billion conglomerate, Essar, has announced that its JV with Saudi Telecom Company (STC), Contact Centre Company (CCC) has won a multi-million dollar contract with STC to provide human resources (HR) business process outsourcing (BPO) services.
Under the terms of the new contract, CCC will continue to improve the quality and effectiveness of its outsourcing services. The scope of the contract includes recruitment, reward and core HR administration, learning services covering content sourcing and development, program planning and delivery, learning system hosting, payroll administration and management. The engagement will benefit more than 4 business units of STC covering over 1,000 employees, and introduce a series of HR process improvements focused on enhancing the user experience.
Additionally, Aegis will introduce a more proactive recruiting approach, including future staffing predictive modeling coupled with an intrinsic and deep client domain understanding. Proactive sourcing tools, automation will support more effective, forecasting-led recruiting methods and will result in a broader, more appropriate candidate pool for STC.

CCC would also continue to expand its customer lifecycle management offerings to better serve STC customers and offer innovative multi-channel capabilities. CCC has also been engaged for STC outbound retention business, wherein STC would assume the role of a reviewing authority and partner with CCC to provide correct direction to retaining its customer base and reducing churn.
CCC currently employs over 1300 people across 2 locations in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) – Riyadh, and Jeddah. Apart from Saudi Telecom Company, CCC has also been successful in winning over 6 new external clients across Media, Government, BFSI, Healthcare and Travel & Hospitality verticals.
