Lookup, the free chat-based local commerce app has launched its merchant app, Lookup Biz for businesses to get online. The app provides a free suite of tools to showcase a business and connect it to the Lookup shoppers’ community. It lets the business create a mobile profile with its own logos and branding for a more personalised way of engaging with customers.
With Lookup Biz, businesses can track their customers, respond to their queries and product searches and convert leads that Lookup forwards to them into orders. They can enter details such as their best sellers, their specialties, offers, and more apart from the basic menus and catalogues. They can even select whether they want to deliver by themselves or would prefer a Lookup delivery partner to do it for them.
Also, businesses can push their offers through geo-targeted push notifications. Businesses can even re-market their products to customers who have made purchases from their stores earlier by re-engaging with them. A separate section gives important business analytics which helps merchants understand customers better and receive feedback on their offerings. Lookup Biz also gives businesses a way to manage bill cycles, invoicing and online payments with partners right there on the app.
With this, Lookup is also introducing a Hyper-local Ad Network for offline merchants across Delhi, Mumbai, Pune & Bangalore to promote their brand and reach out to shoppers in their vicinity of 5-7 kilometers.
