D-Link (India) Limited has announced ‘Next Business Day Warranty’ support on its enterprise product line.

While D-Link already has a strong and impressive product range that includes both Active and Passive networking solutions, we are now looking at enhancing the overall customer experience by offering exceptional service support. ‘Next Business Day Warranty’ support is another step towards offering service support that is at par with global standards, and also reinforcing the faith in D-Link products & service infrastructure amongst enterprise clients.”
Next Business Day (NBD) Warranty offers onsite hardware replacement. Also under NBD warranty, product failure due to defects in materials or workmanship of any internal component will result in replacement with an equivalent product within 24 hours provided that all standard criteria are met. This Warranty will be valid up to a period of 13 months so long as the product is registered within the stipulated time-frame set by the company.
In the first phase, NBD warranty support is being made available on the vendor’s range of managed switches in Mumbai, Bangalore & Goa. Moving ahead, it plans to extend this service to customers across the country and it is likely to be rolled out across India by end July 2012.
