The Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation (RSRTC) and Oxigen Wallet have partnered to make booking bus tickets for travellers more convenient. Also, the digital wallet firm is offering a 10 per cent cash back on making bookings or paying through the wallet for the next two months, Oxigen Wallet said in a statement.
Customers can book bus tickets visiting RSRTC website and pay through their Oxigen wallet or Oxigen Wallet mobile application, it said. Besides offering a convenience service to customers this also allows Oxigen to expand its outreach further.
“The RSRTC currently has 4,500 buses across 51 depots plying over 16 lakh km and carries over 9 lakh passengers per day,” Ankur Saxena, Director and Chief Mentor of Oxigen Wallet said.
This association, allows us to tap these daily passengers, thereby deepening our market penetration by connecting to people, who would have perhaps never been on our marketing radar, Saxena added.
Oxigen Wallet will be one of the payment services offered on the website over and above online payment through net banking and cash on delivery, he said. Oxigen Wallet services includes money transfer, mobile/DTH/data recharges, postpaid, utility bill payments and gift cards for over 60+ brands. The company said it has 20 million users and is accepted at over 9,000 merchant locations and 10,000 online sites. PTI
