Impactsure Technologies (Impactsure), an Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) powered digitisation and analytics company providing SaaS Solutions that help banks, financial institutions and corporates simplify their complex operations has appointed Mr. Muralidharan Ramachandran (Murali) as Global-Head, Strategic Initiatives. Mr. Muralidharan will lead Impactsure’s initiatives to engage with leading enterprises in India, Asia Pacific, EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and the US markets by helping them innovate, strategise and drive digital and business transformation using Impactsure’s products and solutions.
Murali joins Impactsure from Atos, a France-based leading global IT provider, where he was responsible for driving business in the areas such as Digital Transformation consulting, Automation, RPA, AI, Analytics, IoT, and Customer Experience. He has served in senior management positions at Atos group for nearly fifteen years, including that of a CEO at Atos India.
Murali has about 34 years of diverse experience, out of which he has spent over twenty years as a C-level executive handling crucial technology and business roles. He has a strong technical background across Infrastructure, Applications, and Security technologies. He is a Certified Independent Director and contributes to the Board and multiple committees. Murali has been widely recognized amongst the Top 50 Indian CIOs. Additionally, he has received the “CIO Hall of Fame” award for winning this award four years in a row and from the same organization.

Impactsure’s Secure Unified Responsive Engine (SURE) scans, processes, classifies, and extracts structured and unstructured data from documents in a variety of file formats. The AI-powered solutions enable staff to scrutinize documents that are used as supporting or input documents for invoices, shipping bills, bills of lading, insurance documents, bank guarantees, letters of credit, remittances, collections, mortgages, discounting, credit operations, treasury documents, applications for working capital loans and advances, corporate loans, insurance underwriting, and insurance contracts. Impactsure’s SURE engine has paved the way to create multiple platforms like SureMatch for Document vetting & scrutiny, SureExtract for Document Extraction, SureAutomate for Automation using RPA tools, SureFlow to build process workflows, apart from building more than 250 microservices that can be used in different applications.
