Quixy, one of the leading no-code business process automation and application development platform, has introduced the offline capability for mobile apps to work seamlessly in online or offline mode. There are various situations where a constant internet connection is not guaranteed. Work at construction sites, government field staff, underground operations, offshore oil rigs, hospitals, or activities in rural/remote areas are a few instances where online solutions cannot be accessed by the people deployed.
With the offline capability build into Quixy apps, on-field staff no longer have to worry about connectivity issues and fall back upon paper-based processes leading to the loss of valuable productivity. They can now seamlessly operate regardless of the connectivity, ensuring continuous service, be it completing an inspection, updating the work status, capturing survey data, adding notes, entering job hours, or any other work order-related information. Once the internet connectivity is restored, all the data collected is automatically uploaded and synced with the central server.
Over the past year, the need for digital solutions has skyrocketed due to the pandemic. Since traditional software development is time and capital-intensive and ready-to-use software does not meet businesses’ unique requirements, no-code app development platforms are fulfilling the need-gap to build custom digital solutions without coding. Using simple drag-and-drop features, even non-technical business professionals can develop their own business applications customized for their requirements. Quixy uses unique visual aids to help non – programmers create these applications.
Quixy has seen rapid growth, and the platform currently serves customers worldwide in over fifteen industry verticals, each having its own unique requirements and use-cases.
“The recent changes in the technology landscape have spurred growth for no-code platforms. Organizations no longer have to invest large capital for software development purposes and can instead use no-code solutions like Quixy.”, said Gautam Nimmagadda, Founder and CEO, Quixy. “The offline capability with the flexibility to work both in online and offline modes on the solutions developed on Quixy’s platform showcase the strong technical acumen of our capable team. Over the past year, we have made significant feature upgrades to our no-code platform, including 3X faster performance compared to earlier releases and interface improvements across the platform for better user experience.”
