SAP India today launched its Private Equity Advisory Council in India. Bringing its extensive experience in providing solutions to over 27 Industries across critical business processes, the council is aimed at maximizing enterprise value of the portfolio companies in India.
“For the last three years we worked very closely with over 100 PE firms globally and 30 in Asia. We have developed a thorough understanding of how to best help the firms in the value creation efforts using SAP’s industry, business process and technology expertise,” said Tamas Hevizi, Global Managing Director, SVP – SAP Private Equity. “Our PE practice is well aligned with the PE lifecycle from due diligence through holding to the exit and helped over 150 PE portfolio companies in their Value Creation journey.” he added.
