SAP to support India’s largest agritech platform DeHaat to promote sustainable transformation of Indian farming
SAP, the world leader in enterprise application software and cloud solutions announced that it will work with DeHaat in its mission to improve the social, economic, and environmental sustainability of Indian agriculture and aid the growth of local microentrepreneurs.
DeHaat, India’s largest full-stack agri-tech organization focuses on creating an impact in farmers’ life by providing tech-enabled 360-degree solutions throughout the crop lifecycle. The organization operates on the “Farmers First” principle that enables it to work towards enhancing the lives of farmers, helping them improve their agricultural practices and produce at the same time. The AI-enabled technologies developed by DeHaat aim to revolutionise the supply chain and production efficiency in India’s farm sector.
DeHaat will utilize a single integrated cloud platform- RISE With SAP to transform and optimize reporting, business, and finance operations, improve data security, and meet globally accepted audit and compliance requirements, thus reimagining better business outcomes.

At present, the company offers services to 1.3 million farmers across 11 Indian states including Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Odisha, Haryana &Chhattisgarh with plans to expand its service network to five million farmers by 2024.
