Tech Mahindra and Mahindra Satyam have set up the BMC Software-Mahindra Center of Excellence (CoE) at Tech Mahindra’s Hinjewadi facility at Pune, India. The CoE is focused around developing solutions leveraging BMC’s Business Service Management (BSM) portfolio and Cloud Lifecycle Management solutions. This center will enable co-innovation and delivery of joint offerings.
Tech Mahindra, Mahindra Satyam and BMC Software will showcase complete product integration wherein customers will get first hand experience of real-life use cases. The CoE will incubate joint capability development by Tech Mahindra and Mahindra Satyam’s Infrastructure Managed Services, Cloud, Service Assurance and Application Performance Management practice groups with a focus on developing fully integrated solutions.

Tech Mahindra and Mahindra Satyam, together with BMC Software, are already providing Service Assurance and platform-based managed IT services to several large customers. This center will provide complete enablement to articulate BSM solutions and conduct Proof of Concepts or demonstration of joint solutions.
