VMware hosted the 5th edition of VMware Nirmaan. The programme emphasised ‘Transforming the Future of Leadership in Today’s Evolving Tech Verse’. Uma Thana Balasingam, VP, Partner and Commercial Sales APJ, VMware, delivered the keynote speech and flagged off the event.
Nirmaan 2022 was thoughtfully curated to stimulate a thread of intellectual conversations around changing facets of leadership in the presence of eminent industry professionals who are rising beyond biases and making a difference. The attendees received thoughtful insights from enriching sessions that covered topics like enabling “real empowerment,” keeping up with tech trends, and more. Avani Lekhara, an Indian Paralympian and rifle shooter, spoke at VMware Nirmaan’s motivational session on ‘Resilience in Sports.’
