Chinese smartphone manufacturer Zopo on Wednesday launched in India its Speed 8 smartphone which is equipped with a faster deca-core processor and is priced at Rs 29,999.
The device will be available on e-commerce platforms Amazon, Flipkart and Snapdeal. The smartphone features a 5.5-inch full HD IPS display, MediaTek Helio X20 64-bit deca-core CPU paired up with 4GB RAM.
“Keeping today’s technology-savvy millennials in mind, we design our smartphones and make sure they are at par with contemporary trends and, at the same time, are futuristic as well,” Kevin Xu, Founder, Zopo, told reporters.
The device comes with 32GB internal storage, a fingerprint sensor and a reversible Type C USB port. The smartphone sports a 21MP rear camera with Sony IMX230 sensor and an 8MP front camera with dual LED flash. Zopo Speed 8 runs on stock Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system, supports NFC and is backed by a 3,600mAh battery.
