Dr Lovneesh Chanana, Vice President – Digital Government, SAP India, states that some of the strategic focus areas for the use of emerging technologies in India’s eGovernance efforts include skill availability, data availability and inter-operability, cyber security and data protection. Furthermore, AI, ML, IoT and Analytics will be major contributors for accomplishing the objectives of Digital India 2.0 through creation of environment for data driven government.
